In Minnesota during the winter months, you can see these little trailers for ice fishing spread out over most lakes.
People call these people "Ice Fisherman" but I call them "Gypsies". Like Gypsies they tend to travel a lot, they always seem to arrive in small caravans (like this group), and they only stay a few days since they never seem to be satisfied on where they are at.
They arrive by various means of locomotion ranging from ATV's to trucks and I even saw one trailer being moved with a lawn mower tractor. Like Gypsies, their little houses come in many shapes, colors, and range in size from one man tents to small mini-homes sleeping 6 to 8 people. I've even seen pictures of some equipped with large screen TV's and hot tubs. (I always wonder how much fishing they actually do with this setup.)

I don't know about ice fisherman but I do know about those little bandit faced cuties..they are cute until they wrangle their way into the chicken pen. I do enjoy your blog from time to time. You do a good job with it.
Reminds me of Grumpy Old Men. :)
Lois stole my line!
