More Residents

As long as I have been using pictures from my Odds and Ends file, I might as well show more of my year round residents.

The first picture is of the ever present Chipmunk.  I had a pretty good population during the summer but now I'm down to 3 or 4.  I think the Hawks cut down on the numbers.

Next is a picture of one of the little Pine (Red) Squirrels getting a little sun.

And last is a couple of pictures of the Black-capped Chickadee.

Good shots, Richard. That last one is really nice, as I have never seen a Chickadee in one of my birdbaths! I'm sure they go in there, just never when I've been watching.

I have that same birdbath. How do you keep it so clean?

Kathy...A scrub brush and a little bleach water and then rinse.

Thank you. It's a wonderful picture of the chickadee. I just saw a chickadee taking a bath for the first time last week. My husband and I were just saying we never see a chickadee bathing and then there was one right in front of us. I wasn't as quick as you with the camera tho!
